Edgetech's Mylar® tape consists of a special laminate coated with a high-performance, pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive on one side and protected by a release-treated polycoated liner. The tape utilizes a special laminate that minimizes the transmission of water vapor. It also functions as an excellent barrier to a variety of gases. The adhesive provides very good adhesion to a wide variety of substrates and exhibits the excellent durability and longterm aging properties typical of an acrylic polymer.

Edgetech Super Spacer® Premium
Super Spacer® Premium warm edge spacer is made of the same high-performance silicone foam material with integrally incorporated desiccant as Premium Plus, but features a narrow sightline – which many designers and architects prefer.
Even with its aesthetically pleasing narrow sightline, Super Spacer Premium delivers high wind load resistance, exceptional thermal performance, argon gas retention and long-term durability.

Super Spacer Premium Plus features a flexible foam matrix, which is exceptionally breathable, allowing the high desiccant content to work even faster to adsorb moisture. Working together with a proprietary vapor barrier and a secondary sealant, moisture is kept out, Argon Gas is kept in and conductivity is virtually non-existent.

Super Spacer® TriSeal™ is a flexible, silicone foam warm edge spacer designed to satisfy the toughest commercial glazing demands, including silicone structural glazing (SSG). Super Spacer TriSeal offers optimal performance and durability for light to heavy residential and commercial applications. Its unique triple-seal design incorporates an inner acrylic adhesive seal for immediate unit handling. TriSeal comes complete with polyisobutylene primary seal for enhanced gas retention and low moisture vapor transmission. Customer-applied silicone seal provides proven structural performance. Polyurethane, polysulfide, hot melt butyl / dual seal equivalents (DSEs) are acceptable sealants for captured glazing applications.

Super Spacer® T-Spacer™ Premium Plus is a flexible, silicone foam warm edge spacer system designed to satisfy the toughest commercial glazing demands, including silicone structural glazing (SSG). T-Spacer is the base product for creating the unique triple-seal design for Super Spacer TriSeal™. It incorporates an inner acrylic adhesive seal for immediate handling.
A polyisobutylene primary seal is required for enhanced gas retention and low moisture vapor transmission, plus a silicone seal for proven structural performance. Polyurethane, polysulfide, hot melt butyl and dual seal equivalents (DSEs) are acceptable sealants for captured glazing applications. T-Spacer, polyisobutylene and structural sealants are all customer-applied using automated equipment.
