The fully automatic cutting table ESL/RS cuts float and special glasses using cutting wheel technology. Low cycle times are guaranteed while offering maximum quality. The CNC program automatically adjusts the maximum axis speed and acceleration to the shape being cut. Cutting path optimization provides the optional possibility of minimizing axis movement and ensuring the shortest cutting times. In addition, the modular LiSEC machine concept allows almost unlimited possibilities for extension at a later date, as required: for integration in a sorting system or in a laminated glass cutting table or for connection to an automatic glass loader.
